We provide high standard offices to rent and unlike other providers, we charge by the office (not per workstation.) The centre is 'unbranded'; our office name is simply our address – so that your company and brand can stand out. At Crawford Street we believe in supporting the development and growth of companies during their time with us as encourage an open community atmosphere at work, which allows for great networking opportunities.

The basic monthly cost of an office varies according to its size and location within the building. In all cases, when you rent an office with us, you are charged one simple monthly fee which includes all of the following: 

  1. Sturdy, sophisticated desks with built-in pedestals 
  2. High–spec swivel chairs
  3. Storage cabinets
  4.  A central London business address 
  5. Your incoming mail filtered daily by our receptionist 
  6. Concierge services – meeting and greeting your guests
  7. Utility bills (electric and water) •Business rates
  8. Building insurance
  9. Cleaning service, including windows •Security 
  10. 24hr Access
  11. Free access to kitchenettes and bathrooms 
  12. Free use of tea and coffee

While we offer a comprehensive communication package, clients are welcome to bring in their own internet/phone line if they so choose. 


Internet
We utilise a fibre optic system which is fast robust and able to accommodate all your communication and data requirements.

In all cases, you are required to bring your own router (wireless if you prefer). It is recommended that you speak to the Centre Manager for advice on the kind of router you need to work with our specific system.

Telephone
We utilise a modern phone system with Avaya IP Phones. Included within the basic package:
  1. Company 0207 phone number 
  2. Avaya Handset 
  3. Voicemail (Worldwide Access) 
  4. Monthly Line rental
